One named advisor, from first call to welcome home
Every member is paired with a named advisor, so you'll hear "This is [Advisor name], your Meridian concierge" rather than a call centre. They learn your cabin preferences, celebrations and dietary needs, and Commodore and Admiral members get priority call-backs.

After you book, we keep watching your fare. If the cruise line lowers the price or adds a better promotion before final payment, we ask the line to re-price your booking where its rules allow, and pass the saving or extra perk to you.
Early flash-sale access
Short-notice suite releases and last-minute luxury sailings go to members first by email, with Commodore and Admiral members hearing ahead of everyone else.
Share the club, share the reward
When someone you introduce books their first voyage, you both receive a referral credit (up to $100 onboard credit each (example)). Simply add your email in the "Referred by" field when they join.
